First Cocktail “Pain Killer” It really killed my headache. First Course “Foie Gras Torchon” 2nd cocktail “Sundown at China Walls” Second Course “Chilean Seabass” 3rd Cocktail “Temperance Tonic” I really enjoyed this one. Third Course “Chocolate Spoon Cake” The size of this truffle was same as a golf ball. At the end, we had a chance to mix our own cocktail. 4th cocktail “Dark & Stormy” Ginger beer is my new fav.
