Legend of Chef Jeff Scheer, Executive Chef of the Mill House started on June 17, 2013.  The first, the original Chef’s Table at Maui Executive Catering Industrial Kitchen.

I was lucky to receive this assignment from Edible Hawaiian Island Magazine of Dania Katz.  My life as a professional food photographer started on this day, too.

Most memorable dish of all.  Octopus Sashimi with Ponzu Juré.  I still crave for it.
